(Eden kneels to pick up the shattered remains of the glass butterfly that George had smashed to the floor. Papa stands still, though seems apt to fall over at any minute. Something has changed within him, something that can never again be mended. George stands over Eden, either unsympathetic or just unaware of Papas shattered being. Papa attempts to help Eden, who motions him to stand back up.) EDEN: No Papa. I can handle this. Please... I can handle this.

| I am an aspiring playwright and musician, hoping to make a living writing for the theater.
